Description: I am trained and highly skilled at both Swedish and Deep Tissue, however, it's my "touch", that inexplicable quality that a practitioner either has, or doesn't have that has gotten my work recognized as "magical", "other worldly" and "transformational". Which is of course, the perfect antedote for stressful times, your tight, aching muscles, racing mind and insomnia.

I work out of a lovely, quiet, serene setting in the Grand Central area.
With my male clients, I generally focus on the lower back, upper thighs and glutes, as that is where men hold their stress and tension for the most part. With my female clients, I focus primarily on the the neck, shoulders and hips. However, each person is of course, taken into individual account so that their personal needs are met.
I look forward to working with you and helping you to let go of some of the bad stuff, so that your reality can shift a little more into the good stuff...
